-
- FYI: I installed my EZ135 and used ExpertPrep 2,5 (included with GVP
- controller) to prep the disks(that is, write an RDB).
- I asked Expertprep to read the drive info. It came up with approx
- 8192 tracks, w/32 sectors/trk. It seemed to work OK, but when I turned
- the machine on later, it looked like the drive was NOT formatted.
-
- I used HDToolbox to read the drive info, and it comes up with different
- numbers(approx 2200 tracks, 96 sec/trk).
-
- It now looks like the ExpertPrep is not interpreting the info coming from
- the drive correctly, and writes the RDB incorrectly. The Amiga
- cannot find the root block of the FS. I can only use
- HDToolbox to prep them.
